I’m a confidence and goal success coach for high-achieving corporate women who are tired of living in survival mode — and who want success that doesn’t come at the expense of their health, identity, or peace.

I know burnout intimately.

Not the dramatic kind — but the quiet, creeping exhaustion that shows up even when your career looks successful on paper.

I’ve lived the pressure of being dependable, capable, and constantly “on.” I’ve navigated identity shifts, changing responsibilities, and the invisible expectations that so many professional women carry.

What changed everything for me wasn’t pushing harder.

It was learning how to listen to my body, work with my energy, and redefine success in a way that was sustainable — not just impressive.

Today, I support women who are still performing at a high level, but know they can’t keep living like this.
