Mindful Momentum: 30-Day Accountability Coaching

Juggling work and personal life has left you feeling drained and struggling to keep up.
Despite your accomplishments, you battle feelings of not being good enough, constantly questioning your abilities and worth.
The constant pressure of your work leaves you feeling stressed and burned out, with little time for self-care or relaxation.
You feel lost and unsure about your future business or career path, lacking a sense of purpose or fulfillment in your work.
Trying to balance work and personal life is a constant challenge, often leaving you feeling guilty about neglecting important aspects of your life.

How it works:

Initial Consultation (Day 1 - 60 minutes):
- 60-minute 1:1 call to understand your goals and challenges, create a personalized action plan, and map out your next steps.
- The call will be recorded, and you will receive a copy for future reference.

Daily Support and Accountability (Day 2 - Day 30):
- Access to me via email, Voxer, or WhatsApp for daily support and guidance.
- Quick responses within 24 hours (Monday to Friday), with one email response and up to two responses via Voxer or WhatsApp per day.
- Weekly check-in emails to track progress, celebrate achievements, and address any challenges.

Accountability and Check-ins:
- If I don't hear from you for 3 days, I will send a gentle reminder to ensure that you are receiving the support that you need as you work towards your goals.

Resources and Support:
- Curated resources and tools provided to support your action plan and personal development journey.
- Access to printable journals and planners in the Goal Success Shop.
- Recommendations for relevant courses, workshops, and events hosted by me.

Program Conclusion:
- Upon completion of the 30-day program, you will maintain
  - Access to the recording of the initial call
  - Access to the mind map and action plan created during the initial call.
  - A summary of progress made and next steps to continue your journey towards success.

Renewal Option:
- You will have the option to renew the coaching program in 30-day increments to continue your growth and development journey.

Your time is valuable, and I believe in providing flexible support that fits your schedule. Weekly coaching calls can sometimes feel restrictive and may not align with your busy lifestyle, especially if questions or challenges come up outside of the coaching call schedule. Instead, I offer daily support and accountability through email, Voxer, and/or WhatsApp, allowing you to reach out whenever you need guidance or encouragement. This approach ensures that you have access to support when you need it most, empowering you to make progress on your goals at your own pace.

I am a Confidence & Goal Success Coach and I help burnt out corporate women and female entrepreneurs release the frustration and overwhelm of not knowing what to do next when it comes to achieving their goals. I love empowering women, and being a resource and support as you navigate your unique success journey.

When you work with me, know that my method is somewhat unique in that it combines the “hit it hard, knock it out of the park” approach to goals, mixed with “I’m listening to my feminine energy and giving my body what it needs” plus a touch of the Law of Attraction.

Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with my purchase?
As this is a month long commitment, and there are limited spots available, a full refund will not be offered. A partial refund (50%) will be provided if an appointment is cancelled 7 days in advance. Refunds are not provided if an appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours (2 full days) in advance or after the initial call has started.
I understand that things come up, and may make it difficult for you to join the initial call or the need may arise for you to delay the start of your 30-days of coaching. If you need to re-schedule, please do so as soon as you become aware of the need. You can re-schedule within the upcoming 90 days, depending on availability. If you are unavailable within the upcoming 90 days, a refund will be considered based on when you sent the re-schedule request- 50% refund if the re-schedule request was sent at least 7 days in advance, 25% refund if the request sent 3- 6 days in advance, and 0% refund if the request was sent less than 2 days in advance.
If you are unsatisfied with your coaching, please mention this during your 30 days. We can always adjust our approach throughout your month.
How do I schedule my appointment?
Once you book your coaching, you'll receive the link to book a time for your appointment.
How long is the coaching?
Your coaching is a total of 30 consecutive days. We will start with a 60-minute video call, you choose the day and time that works for you. The day after your initial call is day one of your 30 days.
What if I don't see a day or time that works for me?
No worries at all! Just reach out to me at tameeka@goalsuccesscoach.co and we can find the best day and time for us.
Can I purchase coaching more than once?
Absolutely! If you find yourself in need of coaching more than once, simply purchase the coaching again.
