A Safe Space

You're not alone in feeling overwhelmed. I don't expect you to be superwoman; my only expectation is that you are open and honest with where your life stands right now as well as how much time or energy each day would require if it were handled on top of all those other things.

Permission to receive support

When we ask for help, it's common to feel guilty and as if there is something wrong with us. This space will allow you the opportunity of asking for support without judgment.

Choose the best day and time for starting your VIP Day! You won't need to pause life entirely, just block out an hour of uninterrupted time for our video call. The rest will happen in the Voxer app so you can do the work and respond to messages throughout your busy day while doing other things too.

We will connect on Voxer and send a test message to make sure you are comfortable using the app. Start thinking about what you would like to accomplish on that day. Send me any information you think might support you on that day.
